Privacy notice
This website is run by Eva Smagacz, a resident of Winnals Park, in a personal capacity. It is a personal, not-for-profit community site and is not connected to Winnals Park Haywards Heath Residents Company Limited or its managing agent. For the small amount of personal information the site handles, Eva Smagacz is the data controller.
This notice covers your data on this website only. The site cannot help with leasehold, service-charge, maintenance or any other management matter, and the email below must not be used for those. For anything of that kind, please use the contact details on your own correspondence from the company or its agent.
What the site collects
If you fill in the contact form, the name and email address you enter — used only to reply to you, and nothing else.
Cookies: a few essential ones that make the site work, and optional analytics cookies (provided by the site's host, Squarespace) that count visits. The optional ones are only used if you agree through the cookie banner, and you can decline or change your choice there at any time. Your information is never sold, shared, or used to send you marketing.
How long it is kept
Any message you send through the contact form is kept only as long as needed to deal with it, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal information the site holds about you, or object to its use. Just email evasmagacz2@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how a request is handled, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Where the site is hosted
The site is hosted by Squarespace, whose servers are in the United States, so some data may be processed outside the UK. Squarespace's own privacy terms also apply.
